went for a quad-bike adventure in the 2nd day of eid.

the experience was immense. We had lots of fun. Some decided not to come for some laughable excuses - unfortunately they were 2 of my best mates. Angry and disappointed? Yes... Very.

the ride back to doha was quite frustrating. Some idiots just didn't know what the word "together" means. We were suppose to be going to and back from the trip together but apparently that word is lost from their vocabularies.

I'm getting the feeling that for some people the word 'friendship' here now means nothing more than just msn/facebook contacts. That's just too bad considering the +10 years we've all spent together in this hell-hole mess called the al-khor community.

for dinner we went to this restaurant. it's called Thai Snacks - and they serve Thai food for obvious reasons. And I dunno why they have "Amjad" written on the sign post but I found it quite funny. I wish hindi was there. I miss that indian a-hole...

went to s*bucks with some of the guys from the trip. Coffee is f*in expensive here but the time spent there was great. All laughs and smiles even though we were etremely exhausted.

overall, t'was a great day.
